Why work gifting belongs on Melchor
One team, every list
Each colleague keeps their own list. The team sees what is taken; the person it is for does not.
No reply-all threads
Skip the 40-message email chain. The list lives in one place and updates as people reserve.
Secret Santa (name draw coming soon)
For now everyone makes their list in the group and reserves in secret. The automatic name draw is on its way.
Works past December
Farewell gifts, work birthdays, the group gift for a new baby. Same group, all year.
How a work Secret Santa works
- 1
Create the group
Name it, invite colleagues by link. Pick who can edit and who can only view.
- 2
Everyone adds a list
Each person adds a few wishes. Reservations stay hidden from the one who made the list.
- 3
Reserve in secret
Pick who you are buying for, reserve quietly, and keep the surprise until the office party.
Why Melchor is different.
Almost every wishlist app lives off ads and your data. Melchor lives off something else. See for yourself.
Work gifting, answered
Does the app draw names for the Secret Santa?
Not yet. For now you gather the team and everyone makes their own list, so nobody buys blind or doubles up. The automatic name draw is coming very soon.
Do colleagues need an account?
To see a list or reserve a gift, yes: they download Melchor free and sign up in a moment. You can start your own list without signing up.
Can we use it for more than Secret Santa?
Yes. Farewell gifts, work birthdays, a team gift. One group covers them all, year-round.
Can outsiders see the group?
No. Groups are invite-only and never indexed.
